She is also the author of Launch Your Inner Entrepreneur (McGraw Hill), What's Next: Emerging, Leading and Profiting in a Post-COVID World (coming soon) and Own Your Other, a memoir about her experience overcoming tragedy and loss (pre-publication).

Charlene obtained a BA in English from the University of Connecticut, an MBA with a concentration in Management from St. Thomas University, and a PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Northcentral University.
Charlene is a busy single mom to two amazing daughters and lives in Charlotte, NC.
Charlene loves fitness, kayaking, reading, writing, movies, fashion, travel, trying new things, and fun with family and friends. She is also a sucker for sunsets, the beach and chocolate chip cookies (not necessarily in that order).
